Larry Pierson (owner) seems like a nice enough guy. He will promptly design you a nice layout at a fair price and take half your money up-front. Then you will never hear from him until you begin threatening to cancel the contract. His work is ok but it was not complete. (said he checked sprinklers were working ok but he in fact did not)
We had issues with several plants dieing as well and all carried a 1 year warranty. After repeated calls, we finally got him back out and agreed to replace them but he never did and kept postponing and would never show up. We eventually gave up and corrected ourselves chaulking one up to lesson learned.
If you do use him, don't pay until absolutely sure everything is ok and nothing is going to die.
