We do apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you as our customer, you the purchaser, are responsible for knowing the local and state laws in your area. If you had questions regarding what is or is not legal in New York, prior to placing your order you should have confirmed with your FFL dealer that the firearm was legal in your state. It was a mix up on our end, not swapping out the 22rd magazine with the 10rd magazine, you should not have to pay a restocking fee since this was our error. If you can please call our Customer Support Team and speak with a manager, we will be more than willing to help resolve this issue. We are not morons or thiefs, seems like there were some communication errors regarding your order.
