On May 1st I've got authorization# from them and the shop completed the repair.

On May 26 i faxed the paperwork to them through the Fax number provided on their website to expedite the payment,as it says.

After two weeks i decided to call them for the status of my claim.Somehow I got lucky after many calls and messages Tamara picked up the phone and she could not answer right away.She promised she would call back but she never did.Then I e-mailed to their claim department and Shawn e-mailed back.He said he was not the right person for this matter and provided Ph# of the accounting.

Until today,July 08 2009 I keep calling to the accounting every day,no one responds so I am leaving messages,sending them e-mails ,no answer.

So I still don't know what the status of my claim is and when I am going to get paid.

I guess all the reports I have found that Eagle Warranty is a rip-off company are not accidental.That is why i will be looking for a way to start a legal action against them

i have a napa autocare shop and have been doing work for eagle for the last 4-5 yrs. i will say sense dec. of 08 i have had problems on getting paid but like other companies they too are have hard time.i have talked to just about every one in the office one time or another and I HAVE BEEN TREATED WITH RESPECT THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND TRY TO HELP. THATS WHY I CHANGED FROM SOME OTHER WARRANTY COMPANIES TO THEM THEY ARE POLITE WHEN U TALK TO THEM. I DO HAVE TO WAIT LONGER FOR MY MONEY LONGER THAN BEFORE BUT I DO GET IT. I HOPE THEY GET THINGS LINED OUT BECAUSE THEY WAS A VERY GOOD WARRANTY COMPANY.ONE WORD OF ADVICE TO GIVE UR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE THIS WARRANTY READ THEM CONTRACT IT SAYS WHAT EAGLE WILL PAY PER HOUR WHEN THE CONTRACT WAS PURCHASED EAGLE DOES PAY FARLY AND CUSTOMERS DOES SAVE MONEY.
