The Eagle Warranty Corporation Eagle Warranty Authorized Service but refuses to ever pay Eynon, Pennsylvania
I am a small business owner operating an auto repair shop in South Mississippi. On June 17, 2009, we performed service on a vehicle for a customer. This service was covered by his extended warranty purchased from Eagle Warranty Corporation. I provided Eagle Warranty Corporation with the required materials and they authorized the work, providing reference #29061116, for the amount of $513.46. Unfortunately, 78 days later, I have not received a dime. I have contacted the company several times and they inform me that payment is in the mail. The majority of the time I call, I am patched through to voice mail. No messages left are ever returned. No emails sent are ever answered. No payment is ever received.
Eagle Warranty Corporation has a history of this type of business conduct, just read through all the rip off reports and consumer complaints. Plus, imagine how many more unreported ones there are that never make it on the internet. It appears that repair shops are forced to take the company to court for a chance to be paid for services they authorized.
It is absurd that a corporation of this size is allowed to continue this unethical, illegal method of business without anyone forcing their hand. I operate my business honestly and always put my customers and personalized service first because I am a person just like they are. I have bent over backwards by waiting patiently for proper payment to be sent to cover the cost of parts and time spent servicing this vehicle. In the meantime, my customer has had the benefit of having his vehicle to use so that he was not burdened.
Well, it all stops here. My customer, with the help of my resources will begin to file complaints against this company with every Attorney General's office in the United States. This scam is about to be uncovered once and for all. Letters and formal compliants are in the process of being filed at all AO offices, the US Attorney's office, and every US Representative, US Senator and Governor in the great United States. And the letters will not stop there.
Eagle Warranty, you are scam artists. But you have finally scammed the wrong person. Your customer service and tactics have been documented and recorded as evidence of this.
