I have not heard of the original poster's complaint previous to this; we probably could have resolved this without turning to this forum. My retort involves the former employee. This individual is one of three former TX employees with Eagle. I can rule one out but two are very strong possibilities. Looking at the date, I will venture that the former "road employee" who had no knowledge of the product he had been offering to the dealers/public had not been attentive enough to find this site. Who is left? An office employee with a checkered past that is not as clever as he had thought. He loves Honda's though!! That employee had been the pot calling the kettle black, to say the least. Sorry to ramble folks, but if you have legitimate concerns like the original poster of this thread, contact the executive management at Eagle. We will gladly assist you when possible.

If you call this company with a complaint they take it personal. When you complain they think you are attacking them not the company. they are all rude and could care less about the customer
