Tommie Johnson, CEO of FSFAC (The Foundation for Service and Fairness to all Citizens) is currently under review for fraudulent disputes and non-payments to staffing / contractors hired by the outlet.

The organization which has contracted businesses to complete work based on signed-contract statements has been documented for fraudulent dispute records and no-payments being posted to those staffed.

CONSUMER ADVOCATE strongly suggests that:

- consumers beware of doing business with FSFAC

- donating parties look elsewhere prior to posting donations

These records have been documented with MASTERCARD.

Furthermore, Clynecia Johnson, wife of Tommie Johnson, has also been linked to the network of disputed transaction and no pays to staffing.

I am rebutting the Report filed by the website builders my husband hired in 2010 to construct the website for the Foundation for Service and Fairness to all Citizens. DreamCO Design  was hired to build the website and after we paid them more than $1500 in payments upfront WITHOUT RECEIVING WHAT WE PAID FOR, we rightfully filed claims with Mastercard to get refund of our hard earned money. We were not successful in getting all of our money back.  We filed complaints with RIPOFF , the Illinois Attorney General and the State of Alabama Attorney General's office to name only a few and did not get all of our money back. So DreamCo  Design was paid well for services that they did not render. We are by no means scamming anyone. I challenge DreamCo design to find 1 person to say that they have ever been scammed by us. DreamCo  Design, in fact were the ones who scammed us and got over $1500.00 in payments for services that they did not render. Check the records and you will find that they kept all funds that were paid to them except the approx. $60.00 that we paid in hosting fees for a nonexistent website.  When we stood up against DreamCo Design, they even put up a racist depicition of a Black man with empty pockets under the website FSFAC.org because we refused to pay anymore money for services that they did not render. FSFAC has since moved on and gotten a reputable Web Design Company to design its website. DreamCO Design tried to undermine FSFAC at its very beginning by their actions because we dared to dispute the payments they received for absolutely NOT Creating a website for our Foundation.

Mastercard is not investigating FSFAC for fraud. But they ar investigating DreamCo Design LLC for fraud as they did not provide the services that they stated the would in their contract. They tried to intimidate me  by attaching a fraudulent, slanderous, and racist picture to my domain name.  Mastercard has no grounds to investigate me or my wife as we did not defraud anyone. I was taken by DreamCo Design, LLC for over $1400.00. I paid them for servcies that I have yet to receive. And when I disputed the charges to the credit card company because I had NOT gotten the services for which I paid , DreamCO tried to assinate my character and degrade the name of my Foundation, The Foundation for Service and Fairness to All Citizens.  DreamCo Design LLC has ripped off other people and businesses as well. Buyers bewarde of this group. The complaint that I have with DreamCo Design LLC is NOT over. The records documented with MasterCard show that I did not get what was contracted for and the investigation is ongoing as a credit card dispute matter.
