I made the mistake of hiring Mark T Cummings few years ago, to represent me as a plaintiff.
He was fast to get my money. Asked $2500 the first time I saw him and was paid upfront (I was under time pressure and paid on spot - my bad), and then he took his sweet time.
Follow up was literally non existent. His office would answer approximately 1 out of 10 emails, the same with calls. I really felt hopeless. The only time I would get an update was when I would show up in his office unannounced and he happened to be there.
It took him months until he got a court date, and still managed to show up on a wrong date for that....In the meantime his assistant left. She was in possession of a crucial piece of evidence which she either took with her or Mark Cummings never bothered to go through her files and look for it, so it was never presented to the court....
The best part ? When I finally received an itemized invoice for Mark Cummings' services, it reflected charge for nearly $987.54 for examination of an evidence piece. Interestingly this piece had never left my possession, so such examination never took place . Magic I guess .....

How many attorneys are you going to bash?? When you hire an attorney you have to PAY the attorney!! What did you do to go attorney hopping?
