I purchased 2 jersey's off this website on Nov. 23, 2017 for a total of $79.98. When I received the order on Dec. 18, 2017, I opened it and realized I must have mistakenly ordered a men's small, when I should've (and I honestly thought I did) order a youth small.

I immediately contacted them by email the same day, asking how to start the exchange process. The replied and asked me to send photos. I sent 4. One with just the jersey (tags still on) one with the jersey and a shirt my son wears to show size difference, one with the size he wears and one with the packaging it came in.

They then replied saying I should just keep it because the return/exchange process is 'complicated' and it's not a good choice for me. I emailed back telling them I was NOT keeping it. What am I going to do with a jersey that's way too big for my son to wear?

Their response to that was, 'so sorry to hear that. It looks nice, right?' I sent another email telling them to start the exchange process, I didn't care how complicated it is or how long it takes.

They once again said to keep it, it was not good for me to return it. At this point, obviously, I'm not happy. My next email to them was asking if they actually knew what was stated on their website?

On the main webpage it states in BIG BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS - EASY 365 DAY RETURNS and FREE EXCHANGES.

If you go to the 'about us' tab, it talks about: 

1. customer service professionals are committed to your satisfaction

2. 365 day HASSLE FREE RETURNS, if you don't love what your ordered, we don't want you to keep it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in original condition for a full refund or exchange. 

3. FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE, no matter how many items you purchase.

If you go to the 'shipping & returns' tab:

Easy 365 day returns, to receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, item(s) must be in new, unused or unworn condition. 

Since my last email on Dec. 25, 2017 called them out on these statements they have ON THEIR WEBSITE, they have not replied back to me. I told them, in my opinion, the statements are false advertisement and therefore, to me, a fraudulent company.

At this point, I just want to return both jersey's and have them refund my credit card. In doing some research on this type of situation, it says to start a purchase dispute with my credit card company. I have printed all emails between them and myself and the main webpage, the 'about us' page and the 'shipping and returns' page. 

I just hope this company can be held to their statements but most importantly, I hope no one else falls for their lies.
