I used to work for this pet store and I saw the most horrifying cruelty to puppies and service to customers. When I started, the owner, Lori Senecal, insisted that her puppies were not from puppy mills, but from liscenced breeders. After selling a few puppies and having them be terribly ill when the new owner took them home, I asked if I could find out more about the breeders and was told firmly not to pursue this issue. I had many customers complain that they never recieved any of the paperwork they were promised and the last straw was when I came into work and found a dead puppy in the refridgerator.
I quit and have since been trying to expose this pet store for what it really is, a house of very sick puppies that are sold for high prices and promises that are not kept.
Please do not ever buy from the pedigree shop and vocalize your experience if you had one.

I am also an employee of The Pedigree Shop and have been for eight years. I would like to say that the puppies in this picture are not from The Pedigree Shop first and foremost. I would also like to state that there is no cruelty to animals that takes place in The Pedigree Shop. Any animals that need to be treated for illness are and the places that they come from are public knowledge as we give names and states of the breeders.
I would also like to state how untrue a puppy that has passed away being kept in a refridgerator is, this is simply unphathomable for my place of work and would never happen in this store. I have personally seen the inside workings of this store for many years and the claims made here are completely false, if this were the case I cannot see myself being a part of it for as long as I have. We love the puppies and have a commitment to their health and happiness while in the store. We also hope the best for them in their good and permanent homes while upholding the terms of our warranty. The promises are made in writing and we stand by them completely.
