After FINALLY GETTING YOU ON THE PHONE. Why would you not try to work with us to pursue this person? You lost such an expensive item, yet you wont help us find out who they are or where the item was shipped to so we can call law enforcement!!! Why are you protecting the person who YOU SAY stole our credit card information? Just more BULL!!

This toner was ordered by someone over the phone. We accepted the order, took the credit card information and shipped the item. Later it was discovered that this sale was a fraud. We lost this very expensive item, but still provided this credit card holder with a full refund. The assailant had obviously stolen this persons credit card information and used it to falsely obtain this good.
We have been here for eighteen years and have only the best of intentions and of course excellent feedback in places like Ebay and many other websites. We are the largest printer dealer in the nation and are known for great products, great pricing and excellent service.
