I placed my order on Dec 26, 2016. My account was debited on Dec 28, 2016. received an email stating to give the order 10 to 15 business days to process. I waited till Jan 18 to start contacting them for a status update. I've called 5 times and left messages (because you only get a voice mail) and I've emailed 7 times, and as of today, 2/2/17, I still have not had one reply from them.
