The Working Person's Store Horrible Customer Service, charged CC and did not ship goods Buchanan Michigan
On October 30, 2008 I placed an order for 114 jackets (CHTC03BLK Carhartt: C03BLK) totaling about $9,000 dollars. Our credit card has been charged and we still have not received the jackets. I called both Carhartt and Working Person's store for two weeks and did not recieve an answer as to an expected shipment date, why our products have not shipped, or the status of the order. Our credit card was charged a month ago and nothing has come. We have asked them to credit it back and are waiting on an answer. It is also nearly impossiable to reach someone on the Business and Government sales line (1-866-720-6841). The response in regards to this matter from upper management at Working Person's Store has been horrible and Carhartt has been unable to tell me anything, except the Working Person's store needs to call and inform me as to what is going on. We placed a large order with them, they billed our credit card for it just after the order and still nothing was shipped. We have cancelled the order with them and want a full refund.
