This email is a rebuttal to RipOff #4879. It was sent by Keisha Longwell at [email protected]. THE ZAKEN COMPANY (TIRAN ZAKEN)HOW TO MAKE MONEY FROM HOME RIP-OFF *Rebuttal *Editors note *Consumer Advocate on the case (#4879) They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Keisha Longwell Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: I ordered the package from the Zaken Company last month. I wasn't sure I was going to get it at all, and received it one day before the 30 trial period was up. So, that $10 is lost and gone forever. (He waited till the post dated date on my check to send my info.) I too was assuming to get the whole package for $10, but only got their "great deal" for $148 + tax to get the real thing. What a crock! I almost bought into it. I was going to mail him the money! My husband and I talked it over and he told me it was a scam. I tried to tell him it sounded real. I told him, to be fair, I would at least check it out on the internet. I am so glad that I did! I'm very glad I didn't pay in to get the program! If you guys need any of my help to go after this jerk, let me know. I may have only lost $10 but that's enough to make me mad. Keisha

THE ZAKEN COMPANY (TIRAN ZAKEN)HOW TO MAKE MONEY FROM HOME RIP-OFF *Rebuttal *Editors note (#4879)
They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report:
Their email: [email protected]
Their name: Denise McCullough
Their phone number: 215-724-4145
Their relationship to the company: Advocate
Rebuttal:
I am an Advocate for the Consumers that are victimized by this company.
"My oh my " Mr. Alagier it good to know that there are still people out there who operate on the Biblical Concept Blind Faith (like sheep led astray in a pasture).
If you had really grasp the obvious reason for my Rip-Off Complaint you would have known that giving up on Mr.Zakens program had nothing to do with not allowing it to prove itself.
Mr.Zakens deceptive, non-responsive, and evasive ways of presenting his so-called (Quick-Sell Liquidation Business) is what persuaded, and prompted mistrust in his character and integrity. However, inspite of the first clear lie I encountered (Re: to Free Long Distance Calls and never having to spend a penny out of pocket).
I still was willing to pursue the business after Mr. Nick Lasorsa supposedly General Manager who I believe may be.... AKA/Tiran Zaken had informed me to get a cheap Long Distance
Company. Oh and I do have every letter of correspondence to Mr. Zaken and Mr. Lasorsa which shows prove how they ignored me when I began to ask for documentation of the Company Growth, Longevity of Business, and a Bona-fide Contractual Payment Agreement before I would proceed to go any further.
"Mr. Alagier "should I an average consumer be faulted for
presenting such common ordinary questions that any proud business owner would be glad to answer such as ,stating how long ones Company has been in business?
If Mr. Zaken is so reputable how come on the Internet (under Liquidators his company there's nothing to be found except for one e-mail address. I've inquired to the site Inforocket.com and was told that the concern with "The Zaken Company" is the unavailability of a phone number and the fact of not being able to locate any information about" Tiran Zaken " and
that if I was still interested in pursuing what the Zaken Company had to offer they d suggest that I investigate it further.
Well Mr. Alagier most likely AKA/Tiran Zaken Company / friend/associate "lol". How about verifying some proof of that $7,363.00? If Mr. Zakens Company is a (legitimate company then explain to me why then, as I stated in my complaint in reference to the 23 page (Confidential Report), did he feel such a need to stress the compensation issue? He stated as his personal Associate/ Closeout Liquidator Finder, continual reference to
50% of the profits. But once he'd gotten your $148.00+tax fee for the start-up package it is at this point, there's never again mentioned 50% or any payment for your service and efforts in the business.
Please if there are any supporters out there for Mr. Zakens Company that can substantiate that this is a legally registered Business with such industries as Chambers of Commerce, Thomas Register, Federal Trades Commission etc? "Not until then will I feel that the everyday consumer should feel comfortable in being subjected to their insidious operating tactics.
"Come on guys what are you hiding"?
Oh and please lets not forget about that victimized consumer who filed a report on 4/8/01 with the badbusinessbureau.com stating how they had been taken for $162.00. Also Mr. Alagier I am forwarding all correspondence and materials in my possession concerning the Quick-Sell- Liquidators Company to the badbusinessbureau.com/Rip-Off -c/c the Editor and staff.
I believe Ed and his staff is the most qualified individual to investigate this situation at the present time.
Sincerely

THE ZAKEN COMPANY (TIRAN ZAKEN)HOW TO MAKE MONEY FROM HOME RIP-OFF (#4879)
They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report:
Their email: [email protected]
Their name: Joseph Alagier
Their relationship to the company: Supporter
Rebuttal:
I've been associate of THE ZAKEN COMPANY for the past 3 month. I have purchased their money making program on 1/28/01 and received it 5 days later. I liked everything I read and started applying Mr. Zaken's technique right away.
Mr. Zaken clearly explained how to go about locating closeout
merchandise and send the leads over to him once I find merchandise. He also promised to pay me 50% of the profits once his company sells the merchandise I locate.
Within 4 days of contacting companies Mr.Zaken suggested I call in his manual, I located 13,000 earings the company wanted to get rid of. I contacted mr Zaken's company (quick-sell Liquidators) and turned over the information to them. 22 days later I received a check from THE ZAKEN COMPANY for $7,363.00. Mr. Zaken has a great program and does (from my experience in dealing with him) stands by his word.
Perhaps some people give up before giving Mr. Zaken a chance to prove his program works, and then complain that they've been taken advantage of.
In fact, Mr. Zaken repeatedly stresses in his litarature that "nothing works unless you work". I like this company very much and never had any problem with them. I work with THE ZAKEN COMPANY'S employees by phone and enjoy dealing with everyone there.
::::::::::EDITORS NOTE: badbusinessbureau.com has received 4 other supportive complaints about this companies ways of doing business. In our opinion this REBUTTAL was either written by the company or a friend. lol
