OK - so I called today to see the status of my replacement phone. The person - again in the Philippines, was given the RMA number, then she asked how I shipped it, gave her the info, including the tracking number. She told me something I already knew, that the item was received at their warehouse. However, today she cannot tell me when I will get a new phone, because they are "transitioning" their computer system. Asked her why she was not able to tell me that PRIOR to my giving her information that verified I did, indeed, send the phone. If they are "transitioning" their system, then they would have known that prior to even attempting to look something up. They do not know when they will be complete with the transitioning, therefore, cannot tell me when they will be able to ship a new product. So . . . . business stands still while they do this. . . Is this really a legitimate company?????? Still unable to get a phone number to someone in the US. I did get an email from GE, giving me a number to contact . . . but it is no longer in service. This was just 2 weeks ago. Never will I buy a product that includes Thomson as the warranty.
