It seems that you purchased tickets from the secondary market. For those who don't know the secondary market is a far cry from scalping. They provide you with all the information that may cause you grief prior to placing any order in terms and policies.
This company should not be accused of being fraudulent or scamming you. The only real problem you seem to have is an issue with the face value. You thought the price was fair for the seats you bought when you paid for them otherwise you simply wouldn't have bought them.
This should be held as a learning experience for you to actually read contracts before you agree to them.
Again I just want to reiterate that just because you paid above face value this in no way, shape or form consitutes as a "rip off."
