Tidewater Workshop ordered 9/12 2 benches. They charged by CC never delivered benches. They kept postponing delivery . When I requested a refund they said they needed a cancelation number Galloway, New Jersey
Ordered from Tidewaterworkshop online Sept,12. By Dec benches not deleivered. For months they delayed delivery saying it would be Thur/Fri of the following week. After several months I requested a full refund. They asked be for a cancellation #. I said that's what I need from them. They did not respond to the BBB complaint after 30 days. Not sure what I can do now. Do NOT order from them. I had ordered from them about 15 years ago and had no problems.

This issue was resolved long ago when Susan F. received a full refund on her Visa card in January of 2013.
Susan F. is unable to remove or modify what she has written because when someone posts on this 3rd party website, the ownership of what they write is officially transferred to the privately-owned 3rd party website where you are reading it.
