Tidewater Workshop Repeatedly failed to deliver furniture order. I cancelled order, they have refused to refund my money. Galloway, New Jersey
In June of 2011 I placed an order with Tidewater Workshop for two cedar chairs and a table. I had ordered from the before and had always been satisfied with their product and service in the past.
This time, more than two months went by, and the order had not arrived. Upon calling, they would assure me that the order would go out the following week. It did not, and I would repeatedly call and get the same response: "next week."
I finally called and cancelled my order, and was assured that I would receive a refund. No refund has ever been received. Repeated calls to their voice mail are never returned. They appear to have several different addresses, all in New Jersey.
The CEO, Peter Caporilli has been contacted and has been belligerent and intimidating. He has not been cooperative. His email is: [email protected]

The issues that Mr. Gardner and his wife had were resolved with a full refund years ago.
For more than twenty-five years we have manufactured classically-styled wooden garden furniture and shipped it directly to customers in hundreds of thousands of households across the country. As our business has grown and evolved over the years, we have moved locations several times but always remained in Atlantic County in Southern New Jersey. The best way to contact us is by using the current telephone number and address that appear on our official website.
