TimberLinks Apartments And The Lynd Company charging extra monthly fee for our cable service on top of what we pay to primecast Denton Texas
TimberLinks put out literature for a new cable service, Primecast. In the literature no where did it say each apartment unit would be billed $45 a month on top of what you will pay Primecast. But, after we changed over to the "required" cable service, Primecast, we then got a ltter on our door telling us we would be bill $45 a month for the cable service to the apartment complex on top of whatever we pay Primecast for the service. Our new service hasn't worked properly since they put it in, the TV just freezes in the middle of what you are watching and then it starts up again but you just missed 3 minutes of your show or football game. We will not pay the $45 fee and if they want to cut off our service we will listen to the radio, at least it is free and doesn't freeze up on us!!!! I am angry that they are now trying to force us to pay almost $90 a month for TV, when our old cable was only $40 and we were satisfied.
