Titan Financial rip-off! Dallas Texas
Titan Financial withdrew $299.00 out of my account and I received nothing. I tried to get my money back and they keep telling me that they had to send out a piece of paper for me to sign that was sent out on June 21, 2004 and I still have not received anything. This has been going on since February.
