I worked for these guys in Falls Church in 99-200?. I am not disgruntled, I made awesome money, met great people and had many $1000.00 dollar weekends. A really good friend developed the script for this type of sale. It's highly effective in health clubs, hair restoration, self-improvement, and dating. Why did I leave? I finally got tired of the industry practices, and something better came along. How does it work, you already know if your here. Gather information, present a psychological aura of exclusivity, and CLOSE that sale, ask for the money. Very effective. But I did not care for the contract. Everything is disclosed, at least in the office I was in. (falls church) But very few read the whole contract. 3 days to cancel, or when first match is issued. This is usually that day or the next, 24 hours, or the people in the matching office had hell to pay. Training for them, none, gut feeling, that it. thats why the first match gets out so early. Talk is always cheap, file a smalls claims action right away, this gives you leverage when asking for a refund. Threaten to enforce your rights, subpoena the staff ect. Picket the office, (see if you need a permit) ask polite questions of the people leaving, ask them to follow up in a few weeks with you. Ask if they would like a card, not a flier, your card, they will call you i garantee it. How many satisfied customers do you think they have? I had a channel nine on your side investigation when i was there, see if they want a follow up. I was the one accused of ripping people like you off. Thank god they did not know, or use my name. Ha, yes the money was great. If they are crying they are buying. The take away sale, some call it underhanded, the industry calls it highly effective. File suit now, it's only 15 or 20 bucks and it's easy, no lawyer necessary. As soon as you file, contact the credit card company to let them know it is formally disputed and to stop all payments, if charged all at once it's too late to do that, so sue for the entire amount. see if your credit has been damaged, thats worth money as well.
