Complaint Review: TOM MCKEEVER - Internet

I have not said a word to tom in months then these legal eagle people start lying about us on the comment board tom did not send it no threw times he never sent it when we sent him the check to cover the tape for $18.And my grandparents didn't sign for anything it came threw regular mail he's lying to these legal eagle people that he sent it three times he mailed a tape back in aug 2002 but our post office screwed up and sent it back making him that we supplied a false address and he thinks were playing games with him no he's the one who is playing games us then we supplied a new address our gradnparents to make sure that we got it to make sure that we didn't make sure then he refused it and started to give us trouble then he contacted these legal eagle people saying that we was harrassing his they said case close it had to take the better busniess burear for me to get my tape then he told a bunch of lies after that i never said a word to him then these legal eagle people who he has are posting that their trying to find attorneys to take legal action agaisnt us for damage's know he's saying that we ruined his buniess he sure didn't tell that to the better buniess bureau he told two different stories about us to rip off and the better busniess bureau i also sent a copy what he said on this website to the better busniess bureau also its very different from what he said to them nothing but lies.

I have not contacted tom sense he sent me my tape we will file a law suit agaisnt tom and his staff for their lies and abuse we have done nothing to them then tom lied to these legal eagle people about me and know they have posted on that comment board where i put how tom treated if he can't seem to move on then thats not my problem we do not wont anymore contact with this man any longer they have no right to still continue to bother me when its over he hasn't lost his busniess if he had of then his website would of been shut down all i have to say is "SCREW YOU TOM"

I have quit bothered or contacted tom for a while know then he contacts these "so called" legal eagle people telling them that i have been harrassing him all we asked then was for our tape what was so hard about that he became rude to use first we became rude back to him which is only fair and tom can't stand this i do not know why these legal people are messing with me i haven't contacted tom for months know he lied to these so called legal people about us all we done was requested that he mail our tape know look all this conflict over nothing then these legal eagle are posting on his website this public comment board where i posted my comments about how tom and his staff treated me two years ago i am not afraid to tell them about it scared of them either cause we haven't done what this tom said we have done to them he's a liar we are not going to play any of these games with tom or his staff who treated us like dirt then get mad if we complain about them that was our sole right i have quit contacting tom these legal eagle people had no right to post lies about me we are going to file a law suit in court because this was settle months ago then they threanted to take legal action agaisnt us oh no we ain't gonna put up with i don't care how much they hate us for complaing about them they shouldn't of ripped me off we've done nothing to this man for him to do us this way below is what this legal eagel people said about me -- We are helping THE CAPE staff by recommending legal action for damages against the below Ryan (Jones) and his associates. GA State attorney's office has been notified. FWIW: This "gentlemen" and his "mother" were sent tapes THREE times, the last having been USPS-Verified as signed for by his Grandparent. --- -- NOW, with THAT aside, we are also attempting to get DVD's of the THE CAPE episodes. Stay tuned! oh and about this about my grandparents signing they didn't sign for it it came threw regular mail we are not scared of tom and his threats tom has been the one harassing us this whole time they think their so smart cause they run a tv show or help promote it they can treat people like how their treating us tom didn't send it no three times he never sent it when we first paid him 3 years ago back in 2001 then when he said he was going to send it it got mailed back to him my post office screwed up big time i didn't get it that time then in oct 2003 i had to get the bbb after him then he finally sent it to the address off the one that i had supplied two years privous we will not put up anymore abuse from time or his lies my grandparents had nothing to do with this they to are going to sue him for him threatning him he needs to just face up his own mistake and admit that he didn't send it when we sent him the check for $18 3 years ago he's nothing but a liar and a con artist trying to get people introuble who hasn't done anything wrong except request that he sent our tape which we paid for then all this conflict between us we will not put up with these lies from these so call legal eagle or him we will file a law suit agaisnt both of them. Well tom at the cape did send me my order finally after i complained to him at the bbb let me say another thing he did not send it by certified mail which he claims he did it came threw regular mail so he is lying about that just to save his own skin and trying to defame me i have proof of where i paid for it the order he never sent it the first time he did not sent it no three times i never gotten it the first time. The bbb found out that he wasn't telling the truth about him offering me anything kind of adjustment and nobody at the address i supplied for never signed for anything i tried to get him to mail it at the very beginning but he refused it me and my mother will file harassment charges in court if he threatens us again cause we never did anything he said we did we never were hostile toward him first he was the one being all hostile and threatening well its over with know i got my order after of having to fight him for it just wanted to update what i will sue him if he ever threatens me again cause i have never done anything to him which he is trying to defame me for what he has said back to me and what he has said about me to the bbb.
