Tom's Outlet http://www.shoesoutlet2014.com/ The shoes are ripoffs and they will not refund your money. Their costomer service person "Helen" is a scammer who barely speaks English. Instead of givgin me a refund when I returned the item, she suggested I order another paid and she'd send me an extra pair "for free". China
These are not real Tom's. They take one month to ship and they will not allow you to return for a refund because they insist it is more "economical" for me to order a second pair and then they'll add an extra pair "for free". Helen, in costumer service, insisted that it would be "too risky" to send them back and they might get lost in transit and then I won't get the refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
