Tony Lewis-American Radio Network Kaledascope Radio Magazine Tony Lewis and American Radio Network were suspended by the Californa Secretary of States Office in 1993. The company has not been reinstated. This can be verified by contacting the California Secretary of States Office and filing out a "status report" , using their for-profit number C1360883. The so-called company and Tony Lewis have been conducting for 20+years illegually. It is a ripoff and scam! Hollywood California
Tony Lewis and American Radio Network was suspended from doing business as a for profit company in the State of California in 1993 by the California Secretary of States Office. This action was taken because the company failed to file tax returns and failed to make certain informational filings with the California Secretary of State. This information is readily available if you will contact the California Secretary of States Office, secure a "status Inquiry" form fill it out using the for-profit number for American Radio Network which is C #1360883. You can go on line and download the form, mail it with a $ 4.00 check and a self addressed stamped envelope and you will recieve the information in about 7 days !
Please warn everyone one you know about this RAW ILLEGUAL RIPOFF as well as file complaints with the Californa Attorney's Generals Office, Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau as well as the media and others It is time for this"flagrant Ripoff" to be stopped by the legual authorities and an aware knowlegegable public .
Keep in mind that Tony Lewis and his company American Radio Network and its employees have been involved in this Scam and Ripoff for 20+ years..
