Please be weary of this company. I odered 41 dollars worth of product from them back in April... 2 planters and some things for the soil.. I then decided to cancel my order so they said they cancelled it when I called them.. Everything seemed fine but then last week 3 months later.. July 19 they charged my account 82 dollars... OMG I have talked to 5 different people and they told me to fax them the records on my bank statement because they are showing no record of the charge.. I faxed that report last week and are still waiting for a refund or a phone call back.. I called again today and the man on the phone said it is in his supervisors hands and they will call me back.. Leave these guys ALONE!!! get the planter somewhere else....

this was very helpful to find. I ordered this product in April 09 and to date 6/30/09 have not received any product. after reading this rebuttal I called the company and asked to have my oder cancelled, oddly enough they cannot find my order anywhere in their system. Hopefully all turns out well.

I just wanted to drop a note thanking you for saving me the trouble of ordering it myself. I had considered buying at least 3 of them at one time, figuring on freezing half of the harvest and selling off the other half at the farmer's market. But now that I know that this thing is ripoff in more ways than one, I will not buy it. Your reporting what happened to you when you ordered this may save a lot of other people the hassle and may help to shut this kind of scam operation down, now that people are catching on to it. Thanks a bunch. Oh and make sure to do a chargeback for merchandise not received as described if you used a cc, but if you used a debit card, your bank can help you do the same thing although it may take a bit longer, but it is possible.
