Dear Toyota,

Did you forget about your lawsuits. Or do you think your customers are stupid!! Because they are black, and hispanic, and women or poor.

Do consumers know how much markup, is in their loans. Why are these companies lying to consumers. While buying loans with more than 1-3% markups on the interest rates. Toyota lost a 10,500 million dollar lawsuit, but yet, they are still buying loans. While being sued, Toyota continue to cheat repeat customers. Please read Baltimore Vs Toyota

Please do not believe what the dealerships are saying to you. These companies are placing disconnected phone numbers on contacts. Ask Ourisman Toyota about the fake numbers on the contract, with Toyota Motor Credit.

Texas places a 800 number on the contract knowing your contract has not been bought.

(972-680.7000) Toyota Motor Credit Local Bank.

Every State has a local sale bank area. Get the number or walk.

Why do consumers have to pay for donations, with high interest rates. This is not the correct rate.

Why do Toyota treat Minorities like s**t, with extreme markups? It is the Credit. Sure you offer encore customer a refinance, but if they are a minority, do you allow dealerships to place extra interest in the car loan? Let me answer this. Yes. Why is it that Citi Bank and JPMorgan, allow this type of crap. As Investors?

Remember, Toyota is in California. Toyota thinks it has power over Texas, but state laws, are state laws, Federal Laws they must followed. Take your lawsuit to Washington DC. Truth and Lending Law./Deception/Fair Credit Ask The dealerships to show they calulated your interest rate. And why you cannot negotiate the interest, according to Toyota Motor Credit. Toyota Motor Credit Change the way they did business in August 2004, according to form 553-tx contract/ Do not believe that bad credit. Ask about the buy rate.

It is never to late to file a classactions lawsuit. Consumers you have more power than you believe. Do not let them get away with it. Toyota is stealing from your family, while living the high life.

Do not believe that bad credit Bull s**t. You have a voice make it known

You think high interest rates are charged to minorities? Ma'am interest rates are charged to everybody at as high a profit margin as possible. There is no space on any credic application that I have ever seen for sex or race. Of course car dealerships are paid by the bank that handles the financing, it's kind of like a finders fee. If you think your good credic deserves a better interest rate than your toyota dealership supplied for you, why didn't you handle your own financing? For that matter, why in the world did you buy a car from a dealership that you thought was ripping you off? CATS: ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US.

It is so simple.

The complaint is simple.. After loosing the lawsuits, Toyota, GMC, Honda is buying loans with high markups in the interest rates. This causes the consumers to be upside down in the car payments and can not get out. Most of the time the buyers is paying 3 x the amount that is truly needed. The dealerships continue to say it is because of buyers credit. That is BS. Most buyers do not know about the kicksbacks dealerships are receiving on top of the buy rate interest rates. The buyers did not ask for 60 and 72 months, the dealerships/banks pretends this is all buyer can get. Buyers should not purchase a car until they speak to the bank. All the banks have lost lawsuits on these types of practices.

Anyway, get any financing you may need approved at your local bank or credit union BEFORE you ever set foot into a car dealership. And oh yes, read up about buying a car in Consumer Reports, and get CR's car buying info for the specific make and model you want for $14. Also surf some car-buyinw websites like the "carbuyingtips" site. Then you won't have to complain so much.
