I am recovering after a 7 yr battle from cancer the phone I had upgraded to for more reliable and dependable phone the phone I recieved cannot be programed and tracfone will not let me return the phone nor refund me my money nor will they let me transfer my info back to my old phone. I was informed that if I would do that I would lose my 1950 minutes that I had purchased and the expiry date of 11/02/19 and would lose my minutes. Now I am stranded in Arizona withour a phone which I need for medical and emergency contacts and family contacts .. Over a month without a phone I do not know where else to turn to HELP

Net10, Trakfone or whatever they are calling themselves today is WELL KNOWN for having the worst customer service on the planet and have been known in this poor light for years and years. They have made NO EFFORT to change their reputation! Having said that, I suggest you just cut your losses and go with another company. There are many other companies available who offer flat rate, no contract service. Even the major companies are doing this these days. If you stay with these people, you will have nothing but problems over and over and over.
