They mis-represent themselves lie and never keep their word, they try to get as much money as they can by having every servic Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Pyramid was in such a hurry to get in on this job that they had an estimate the next day on how much it would cost to clean the entire contents in the house, after we had a kitchen fire. Do NOT choose them as you cleaning services, get advice from your own adjuster first! You have the right to your own adjuster who will help you get new items rather than the damaged items that were in your house. They estimated that it would cost about $7,500. to clean everything and ended up NOT taking half of the items in the house, yet the bill stayed the same. They left a whole bedroom and items throughout the house. They also took items that we told them several times NOT to take: like tv's that did not work at the time anyway yet they charge $100 for each tv to be cleaned. I wanted other items left like games that my children play, that I wanted to clean myself. I wanted a bed left behind. a few dressers and tables that were old and broken or scratched anyway, I even wanted the couches and chairs left and the items that were too damaged like the bench to my table that was broken and had paint splattered all over it that will not come off. Nearly half of the items were taken that weren't suppose to so I'd be happy to pay for the items I wanted clean, but the bill should be $3500 to be reasonable but they expect the entire bill to be paid no matter what This company is very unprofessional and I would suggest no one to use their services ever. Their construction company hires people they don't even know well to do odd jobs, to save money. They smoke inside of your house, stop your toilet up with cigs, they bring alcohol and drink after hrs, items were missing that were probably taken by them.

At our company, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. On information and belief, this customer has been paid on their insurance claim, yet there is a sizable outstanding balance due to our company. Further, only when we raised the issue of payment, did these complaints surface. We have made several attempts to resolve this matter, yet this customer has left us with no choice but to initiate legal action.

Pyramid aka Trilink restoration cleaning services, are a joke/scam, they lie,cheat, steal, and manipulate the insurance company and their charges to take advantage of victims.
