Hello Habib...as Angie would say , welcome to Triad's victims list. The list is certainly growing. Please take some time and read the other posts on Triad. I know there is many but they are very informative. Plus a class action is in the works. Triad also post dated a check on my account THREE times , the last time we incurred $324 in nsf fees that they were responsible for. Everyone that reads this DO NOT POST DATE CHECKS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED! I will be ingaging litagation with these thieves and my lawyer says I have an excellent case. But Triad thinks that their customers are not going to report them or attain a lawyer because we are 'poor or too stupid' to do anything about their illegal business practices because they only lend to people with poor credit. Prove them wrong. File a complaint with your attorney general in your state and also the California attorney general Bill Lockyer. It is very easy , you can do it online at their websites. And also file a report with the FTC , which can also be done online. As many complaints they are getting SOMEONE has got to stand up and take notice. Good luck Habib and file your complaints soon!!
