Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We purchased our Solar panel system from Trinity Solar approximately 8 yrs ago for our new home. ( 10 yr. Warranty exists) Our home was designed then built with solar panels as the primary source to highly reduce and or eliminate utility costs. I met with their representative prior to the construction of our home on several occasions to discuss this proposal. Electrician and hvac professionals provided specifications (Load calculations) to Trinity representative (Ken) to confirm that upon purchasing this system, it would work. Representative claimed it would and it would be paid off in 7/8 years. That's a lie. We currently owe almost $25,000 on what is left after over 8 years. That is the "only" reason we agreed to purchase the system. It has failed miserably. Especially since the srecs have dwindled to nothing in return. I have all the years of JCPL bills prove this disaster from Trinity and my monthly utility costs run from $300-$500 per month. Trinity has been provided with all of JCPL's records on our home. I also agreed to have Trinity come to our home to inspect our system. Responding workers claim the system is working. Copy was provided stating such. Researching other Solar Companies provided me with consistent information. "Solar Project was undersized and could not have possibly handled this load consumption." No residential system would have been large enough for this house. Hence, we never would have designed our home this way nor purchased the system. Trinity's response has been, "buy more panels", also they "estimated" the usage because it was a new house. Having been a leading company business at the time, why didn't they just admit they didn't know if it would work. Or they simply had not done other new home construction and made an educated guess. Here's the final complaint or question for Trinity......Would anyone spend $70,000 on a approximate $200 monthly return over a 15 yr return?   Do the math.   Other companpies have already advised me that we were overcharged.
