When you pay at Amazon it comes up as a play station card code which it tricks you to sending to them. They use code, you pay Amazon and you never receive your product. Legally you bought a gift card from Amazon and supplied the code to Tristezas. So you have no claim against Amazon nor your credit card. You have been scammed for $49.99. Internet
