Troy Baker, Esq. License suspended because Mr. Baker failed to attend the court hearing Las Vegas, Nevada
I gave Mr. Baker my ticket to handle and he failed to show up for the court hearing, only problem is I didn't find out about it until I was pulled over and taken to jail for failure to appear. Now I find out that my license is suspended and I don't even live in Nevada anymore. Well come to find out, neither does Troy Baker, last I heard he was living in the Ukraine. I don't have the ticket he failed to appear for because apparently when his office closed all of his files were lost. Needless to say I am not going back to Nevada to resolve this because I'm not going to jail for failure to appear on a traffic ticket that was supposed to be handled by this attorney. So now what am I supposed to do? drive around with a suspended license? Any help would be appreciated on this.

If what you are saying is true, it is unlikely that you are the only one that this happened to. But finding those people may be tough. So while probably not what you want to hear, you need to call another lawyer in Nevada and explain your situation.
If there are others and the courts know about this they may be able to take care of it quickly. If not perhaps the lawyer can get it worked out without you having to go to Nevada. One thing is for sure though, if you do drive around on a suspended licence that will catch up to you eventually and cause you bigger issues that you will have no choice but to deal with them.
