If anyone has come to ripoff report to get information on this company, Truman Foreclosure assistance I want you to notice the careful writing and how good these people are at the continuance of their deception. This so called ceo is nothing more than a very young individual who the staggering company has placed in name only as the owners hide behind him and the owners where the ones who wrote this response and had this poor soul who is a left over of the salesmen that quit because of the lack of payments. He does not realize that I met him back then and he was probably given this to put up on the site. Any one can go to www.sunbiz.org and look up the company by name and see for themselves that this persons name is no where on the company. Proof of their continued deception. They are so focused on the continued collecting of up front fees to only continue to give bad service and not pay the representatives and so many customers have had to fight for a refund and many have even lost their homes. My brother and I have been to their office many times and in those times we have the names contact information of dozens of customers who have been duped and even more a letter from one of their own relatives begging that they pay him as he was ripped off as was my brother and I for representing their company. The sad thing is that these owners and many of their clan call themselves true people of the Jewish faith and are actually giving a bad name to those of the faith. As this letter in my possession that I picked up in one of my visits with my brother to their office. Their family member begs them to be paid as using his money that he rightfully earned is being used for other things. He further goes on to plead that their behaviors is shameful and disgraceful, a violation of the Jewish law. That they should be taken to a Beth Din and when they find out how they have treated their own family member and how they take money that does not belong to them, the shame and embarrassment will be on their families. These are not honest people. If they are willing to do this to their own families they will continue to rip people off and continue to be good writers and deceptions to those looking for help and opportunities to work with them until they are owed the service or moneys promised by them and then they become excellent authors of letters like the one they posted above. Stay clear of this company, there are many legitimate ones that can help you. These are not. I encourage all who have represented this company and have been ripped off as dozens have to post you comments and homeowners the very many that have to also do it. As you will be doing a great service to many uncovering a rip off company as this. Jim

Mr. Heart, It is very interesting to me as the CEO of Truman Foreclosure Assistance that I have, in fact, never heard of you. None of our management, our employees, or our affiliates have ever heard of you either. One would thing that were you actually ever an employee of Truman Foreclosure Assistance, you would have spoken to someone in management to remedy your grievances. Instead, you though the more effective route would be to air you're supposedly 'dirty laundry' in a public forum. Please take a moment to acknowledge the absurdity in this line of thought. As you are not currently, nor have you ever been an employee of my firm I can only imagine that you must be a competitor. That being the case, I would like to point out that you are doing the public a huge disservice by slandering one of the 'good guys'. We at Truman take a lot of pride in our reputation, and work very hard to get results for our clients. Many hundreds of American families and their homes have been saved by Truman Foreclosure Assistance. Since the outset of this terrible recession, Truman has been at the forefront of the battle to rescue families in need. God willing, we'll save hundreds and thousands more. That you have chosen to slander Truman Foreclosure Assistance in this manner is most unfortunate. If you have not already, then you certainly will influence a homeowner in a very dangerous situation to not seek the advice and guidance that they so desperately need. I cannot and will not claim that my company has a perfect record. To do so, or to expect a 100% success rate would be tantamount to hitting a home run every time you step up to the plate. I will say that the numbers are decidedly in our favor, and that the vast majority of our clients are given viable solutions to stay in their homes, and keep their families together.
