Trusted Moving and Storage Nation Wide Trusted Movers DESTROYED MY FURNITURE AND BELONGINGS TOTAL SCAM Internet, Internet
This company is a total scam. They claim to be a less expensive alternative to other major movers and make a ton of false promises to get you to sign with them.
They were over a week and a half late with my things and IMPOSSIBLE to contact during the time my things went missing.
When my belongings arrived they were SOAKING WET. They must have left ALL of my furniture and boxes out in the rain god knows where. Beyond this multiple items were BROKEN.
On top of all of this they refused to give me my things until I paid the delivery person a mystery $300 fee. They held my own things ransom for a week for $300 extra dollars.
When I complained that they had destroyed all of my belongings and that everything I owned was ruined they told me it wasn't their problem and that I'd signed a contract with them so good luck filing an insurance claim against them.
They were RUDE, OFFENSIVE and BROKE EVERYTHING.
Trusted Moving and Storage are the WORST moving company ever. A total scam and they will absolutely ruin everything you own. I hate this company and wish them the worst.
