I had to pay out of my pocket for the repair and now waiting for the reimbursement. I called the Customer Service number but they don't know when the fund will be available for the reimbursement.

From What I understand, Ultimate has closed and left a lot of people with unusable and uninsured warranties. I hate to see this happen to the consumers. Do you have your contract? Do you know who you purchased the contract from? I'll do some research for you and see it it is a dealer obligated or not. I'll attach my e-mail and you can contact me if you like. In all reality, that contract if prorated refundable by the sales company and I can help you at least start the process.

I just got a hold of the claim person today to have him call my shop. He said all 50 lines are busy with incoming calls, he can't make any outgoing call. He took my shop info and promised to call when he had a chance but I doubt it. He told me that after the claim is approved, I have to pay for the repair then get reimbursed later as their credit account is closed. The reimbursing process would take 6-10 weeks. What's the...? We've definitely been robbed.
