Ultimate Warranty Not paying refund due from cancellation Rocky River Ohio
I traded off the vehicle we had under contract and submitted the form for the refund of the remaining premium we paid. This was in July, 2007. After waiting about 60 days I called and actually got an operator at that time who stated my claim was being processed. A few weeks later I called and got the same story. After about 90 days I called and was told it was still in processing and that the cancellations department is very busy and therefore far behind. After a few more weeks I could no longer get an operator just a recorded menu and given an oportunity to leave a message with someone in the cancellation department. I did. A few weeks later I went through the same process -- and by now I have not ever heard back from them, nor do I have my refund 5 months later and counting.
I think there is trouble with this company, and I'm pretty sure I can kiss my refund good bye.
