My suggestion is to starting investigating. go to your local court house and visit the clerk of courts office. They either used sewer service by serving you at a old address or they did it by arbitration. never the less they got a judgment and you need to start to protect yourself. You have to investigate. Now one suggestion I give you is to go to debtorboards.com. They have a lot of information and you can tell your story to a group of people that are aware of the tactics of mobster collection agencies. I suggest you dig up all the old records on that MBNA account and start contacting banks for copies of checks. Once you got the proof file a complaint with your attorney General of your state. also FTC.gov. Go....... get them tiger!!!!!!!!!! don't let these son of b....ches win. the mobsters will try to insult and belittle you. laugh in their face. good luck to you
