STAY AWAY!!!  This company makes fraudulent promises!

I received a phone call from this company last year (they grabbed my number from my craigslist ad) about advertising my car that is for sale with them.  They talk themselves up pretty good, $200 and they advertise on 15 different websites for me and if my car doesn't sell, I get my money back.  AND they told me I was asking too little and had me jack the price up another $2-3,000.  Sounds good right?  Too good apparently...

First off, the 15 websites they use?  Never heard of any of them.  I would click the links they provide me to see my ad, 1/3 of them didn't work.  I would call to tell them and they would say they would fix it or change to another site.  I check it again a week or two later, links still don't work.

Second, I was told I would get my money back if my car did not sell in 90 days. When the 90 days was up I called up to make the request for my refund.  This is when they tell me because of Hurricane Sandy (yes I said Hurricane, not Superstorm, those that live in NJ consider it a Hurricane, only insurance companies refer to it as a Superstorm to pay out less) were given an extension to sell their cars so I had to wait another 2 months to get my refund.  OK, that's fine, they're doing something nice.

But after 3 months of NOT A SINGLE CALL OR EMAIL, I just wanted my money back.  I waited the additional 2 months, downloaded the refund form and low and behold, there's the fine print that they don't tell you over the phone...there is a $100 "ADMINISTRATIVE" fee that I will not be getting back.  No one ever told me about that.  I was told I would get my $200 back.  I never would have signed up for the service if the salesman told me about the Administrative Fee.

Third, you enter all your vehicle's information on their website and they are supposed to duplicate it onto other sites for you.  Some of the website's that did work had the pictures of my car that I uploaded to UCE but they were distorted and stretched.  Some of the sites they advertised on didn't even have any pictures of my car.  Even now, after my ad was cancelled, half my money refunded, I can still log in and view the websites they posted my car on.  Half work, half don't.  Terrible

So I paid $200 for 5 months of advertising on websites I never heard of, websites that my car was never put on, never received one phone call or email about my car and was refunded HALF my money.  I will never do business with them again.  This place is a HUGE SCAM!!!!!
