United Cash Loans DISABLED, DIVORCE, EVICTION, ROBBED California Internet
It started in October. I was in a rough relationship. I asked my husband to leave because I have 3 kids. He did. I couldn't pay the rent alone. I was asked to leave on October 31. I found a job but still couldn't pay the rent (greedy kids). Then , I saw the advertisement. I asked United Cash loans for $300.00. During this time I was working. After I was evicted, I lost my job. It was hard to shower in the morning when you're sleeping in your car. That's when United got real stupid. I had no access to the internet but who knew they were crooks? God gave me an apartment on December 21st. To my ultimate surprise, United had overdrawn my account for 2 months! I had so many $35.00 overdraft fees that I cried. I called my bank and told them what I agreed to. It was simple. $90 every other week. So why did they take over $250.00 in one day? If you ever think your financial situation is bad, don't go to United because they will make yuour life Hell! Never again for me. This has been a costly lesson for me. Oh! by the way, they are still trying to take money after the stop payment was implemented!

Contact California Dept. of Corporations, Financial Services Div., 1515 K Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. Phone 866-275-2677, www.corp.ca.gov You can file a complaint online. 9/8/2006 California Dept of Corp (DOC) issued desist-and-refrain orders to four online payday loan lenders on the grounds that they were not licensed to lend in California. The company named included Ameriloan.com, USFastCash,com, PreferredCashLoans.com, and UnitedCashLoans.com. To date, DOC has issued enforcement actions to 40 payday lenders operating in violation of state law.
