My wife and I purchased a product with the understanding that we would recieve a $200 rebate. Though there were plenty of instructions, they were easy to understand. The rebate took 11 months to complete, and had to be done entirely by mail.

Filing for the rebate program had to be completed with a certain time frame from date of purchase, with claiming of the rebate to take place 11 months later.

Our filing was recieved by the company, but our claim was not. This is due to the fact that during the 11 month waiting period, United States Administrative Services canged their mailing address and did not notify us, even though we were in their system. Now they will not honor our rebate since they never received the claim.

I have copies of everything I sent them, inlcuding all purchase documentation, rebate form, copy of ID nad proof of address (a copy of the address portion of my paycheck stub), with the date of mailing well within the time frame. I am willing to resend since, through no fault of our own, they changed their address and WE HAD NO WAY TO KNOW IT.

After trying to contact the company to discuss with them multiple times, they will not even give me the decency of a reply to discuss this on a professional level. Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I will be taking legal action against the company in small claims court, and am writing this letter to warn all potential users about this company. I will also be notifying the place in which I purchased my product, as well as the business who recommended their services.

It is my beleif at this time that the company is not legit and is out to scam consumers, unlawfuly keeping their rebates under the impression that no one will do anything about it.
