ANYONE LOOKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE SHOULD STAY FAR AWAY. PETER SCHMIDT KNOWINGLY ALLOWED HIS BROKER TO BREAK LAWS AND TAKE PART IN THE SALE OF HIS OWN CUSTOMERS STOLEN YACHT. YOU CAN GOOGLE UNITED YACHTS AND SEE AL THE LIES THE OWNER PETER SCHMIDT HAS POSTED. EVEN FALSIFYING HE SPOKE TO AN ATTORNEY THAT TOLD HIM STUFF THAT WAS NOT TRUE. WHEN CALLED ON HIS LIES HE SAYS " I MISUNDERSTOOD". THIS COMPANY HAD ALSO SCREWED OTHERS AND YOU CAN READ ABOUT THEIR STORY ALSO. HERE IS JUST ONE OF THE PEOPLE HE ALSO SCREWED..

Mr.Waters (yeah I know) from the Palm Beach office of United Yachts sent me on a 1200 mile 2000 dollar trip to view a boat that was totally wrecked. He posted great pics and faxed me a survey that was not accurate at all. The survey listed the usual nickle and dime stuff. When my wife and I got to the boat, it was literally unrecognizable. There was widlife living in the boat. She was stripped of allgear and slated for demolision by the yard! The boat has been in that state for two years the yard said. The beauty of this whole thing, Is that this moron STILL uses the pic on his page. He is a true scumbag. I called the surveyer and he had no knowledge of the boat!

It's the sailboat on the left. Under intense pressure he settled and said he would reimburse us. We have yet to see one cent 3 years later.
THEY GAVE THIS MAN A FALSIFIED MARINE SURVEY THEN BOUNCED A CHECK WITH HIS AS IF THEY WERE GOING TO REIMBURSE HIM FOR HIS TIME...

PETER SCHMIDT THE S-BAG COWARD HE IS OBVIOUSLY WONT ALLOW THIS CASE TO BE HEARD BY AN IMPARTIAL PERSON AND A DECISION FAIRLY TO BE MADE. HE HAS SUCH A GREAT CASE HE SAYD IN HIS BLOG BUT DOESNT WANT THE TRUTH AND THE LAWS SUPPORTING THOSE TRUTHS TO BE HEARD. PETER YOU COWARLDY SCUMBAG WHEN YOUR MAN ENOUGH AND GROW SOME BALLS COWARD LET THIS CASE BE HEARD BY AN IMPARTIAL DECISION MAKER AND THIS WILL END WHEN JUSTICE IS DONE. ITS NOT OVER UNTIL THIS HAPPENS SCUMBAG. BOTH SIDES PRESENT EVIDENCE AND WITTNESSES WHEN ITS ALL HEARD THE IMPARTIAL PERSON WILL MAKE A DECISION. NO RE MATCHES NO COMPLAINING IT IS OVER.
