Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
When UFS comes a knocking- you better run!  Nic Arters called me, and called me, and called me until I gave in and listened to his spill.  Then Matthew Dilday, manager (later found out he was the owner) called and assured me that UFS could produce quality leads and set appointments.  $3,000 later,  two appointments that BOTH cancelled because
they were not sure what the original appointment was all about!  That is UFS tactic- get the person confused and make an appointment at all cost!  When the prospective client realizes they have an appointment but not sure what it
is about, they will cancel.

Called to complain, but now Matt Dilday does not know who I am and Nic Arters is nowhere to be found.
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS they take your money, tell you what you want to hear, and leaves you high and dry.
Beware- they will; be changing their company name soon to keep up their unethical ways.

I would definately like to talk to you personnally. I wish they were stand up guys. I wish I wasn't on this website trying to see if I can make sense with what happened to me.

Please, if you really have a relationship with Matt or Nic or even Sheila Vance, do me a big favor and ask one of them to call me and explain why they took $3000 from me and have deliverd zero. Ask them why they never return my calls and emails.

Maybe I am wrong about these guys. Maybe they don't get my 5+ emails and phone calls each day.

Please have them call me.

First Class Company? Please tell me that's a joke, these guys are the ultimate con artists. Just because their contact information is listed on their website doesn't mean they pick up the phone or respond to emails! There's a reason why there are countless complaints against this company, because they lie, cheat, and are completely unethical. Not too mention they're currently dealing with at least two cease and desist suits, one in Florida and the other in Kansas. Check out the links below for the proof. This is just cold solutions under a new name, based on what happened with CS, once the cease and desist orders started coming in they were shut down with in months and took everyones money with them.

I am very familiar with UFS Marketing and the two Gentlemen listed above. I use their services on a regular basis and know them to both be stand up businessmen. All of their contact information is clearly listed on the website and across multiple web mediums. It is definitely not hard to contact them.

I think its a disgrace that people can join this site for free and post negative comments about people and not have to put their own correct name in. It is a shame. Bad mouth people with no real proof. Hiding behind a keyboard. If you truly have a problem, then I am sure it can be handled. The answer certainly doesn't revolve around libel.

Kudos to UFS, a first class marketing organization.
