On August 30 I sent an email to Customer Service cancelling my autoship I was not satisfied with the products that I had received and used at this point. On August 31st I received an email reply from Monique in customer service stating that the product had already shipped and that she would refund my money once the Miracle Burn product was returned to Urban Nutrition. This she would do as a courtesy.

As of yet I have yet seen any courtesy that this company has offered me. I returned the product within a week of receiving this email marked return to sender just as I was instructed by Monique to do. In the meantime I watched my banking account online waiting for the return of funds, by October I had lost hope of ever seeing the money, but called them anyway.

On October 12 I spoke to Garry, who informed me that a store credit was issued instead of giving me a refund on my credit card. He said that he would correct it and it should show up within 3 to 4 days. By the way no email was sent stating they had received the product back, no email or letter was sent telling me how much was credited even to the store credit, no acknowledgement whatsoever.

On October 23rd it still hadn't showed up on my bank account, so I talked to Gary once again, who said that something was wrong with Visa and that he would take care of it today and it should show up 3 to 4 days. On October 29th guess what, still no refund so this time I talk to Tim who said that he would take care of it and the money should show on my bank account within you guessed it 2 to 3 business days.

Guess what on October 31 still no money, so this time I talked to Adrien, Tim and Gary. Adrien said that they could not return the money because the product had been returned past the 30 days, which is a lie and also the first that I'd heard this particular excuse. But once again I was told that a complete and total refund of my money would appear no later than Friday. Yeah Right, fat chance and I will be holding my breath on that one!!! NOT!

I also asked repeatedly to talk to a supervisor and they said that they wouldn't be able to do that because supervisors don't handle complaints. So if the supervisor doesn't handle complaints than who does???! They now have the product (no matter when it was received) and you also have my money that you won't return to me, which in my book makes you a thief. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card and really don't care if I don't ever get to buy your bogus products ever again.

Which I hope that anyone wanting to buy your product will do what I should have done and that is to investigate what a fraudulant company Urban Nutrition is, then I could have saved myself a lot of money and heartache. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Basically this won't happen again.
