US Contracting Group LLC Brian Ross Unethical Practices, Unfinished work and unwilling to respond St CLoud Florida
This contractor was sent by my home warranty company. It took several attempts to try to fix the problem and I am still left with a plumbing issue which they refuse to resolve even though they have been paid by both me and the home warranty company. This is after numerous calls and several visits. Not to mention their employee was over 6 hours late for the most recent visit.
The bigger concern is that the company seems to non existent, and running simply off a GA cell phone number 770-633-0001. They are not registered with the BBB and show no evidence of any proper licensing nor insurance ( I have asked for proof of both). When I advised them that I was going to report them to the presidents office of the home warranty company he became hostile and hung up on me.
I strongly suggest avoiding using this "company" at all cost.
