US Credit FIND INC Aaron Stanz Internet Scam - billed to phone bill Coconut Creek, Florida
This company is a scam, billed through LEC (bill-to-phone) billing. Let me start by saying that all LEC billing is not fraudulent, but this certainly is.
They bill people's phone bills for their "services", which includes $9.99/month for access to documents that supposedly show you how to repair your credit. The Attorney General of Illinois sued the company, and its owner Aaron Stanz. He settled, and is prohibited from billing in IL anymore. However, he is a) still able to bill elsewhere, and b) fully capable of starting another fraudulent internet-based company that can do the same.
The person in question, Aaron "Angel" Stanz, is a career con artist. He has been doing this for years. Until there is a huge settlement lodged against him, or he is tried criminally, he will continue. Contact your AG and lawyer. Get a class-action going. He has done many illegal things in the course of his "career", and I hope that he at some point gets his just desserts. If I could post his contact info here without getting in trouble, I would do it.
