Complaint Review: usa goverment grant deperment - Washington dc Washington DC

Hello i am writing this reprt to warn people of a scam from people calling there homes . I got a call from a person  telling me that i got approved to recive a usa goevenment grant in the amount of 7,500 dollars. they gave me a id number and told me call this number which is 202436 9932. which then i spoke with a lady name name sara. she told me that all i had to do was send a fee of 260.00 which i would recive back along with my grant. which would be in the amount of 7,260 dollars.so i said ok. so i went and paid the fee of 260 dollars. And it end up costing me 270 dollars to send through western union. and i paid the fee. So arter that she told me get the yellow form to recive my back which i would recive 7,260 dollars .once i did sent the payment she told me to hold on some on e from the bank will call me . I said ok. she even gave me  a money controll number. so a man name steve called me asked me was all my information correct i said yes he told me i could not recive the money uless i made a payment of 542.00 because illions is not a tax free state. So i said ok. and once again my stupid self went and made a payment of 500 dollars. and steve promise me that i would not to pay any more fee. so i belived him. and once again he gave me the money controll number. and i was like ok maybe this is reall maybe i am going to recive my money this time. so steve told me to waite 10 mins and my money will be there. so i waited and went in the western in the union . and the money was not there. so i called steve back on the number he gave me which was 202 657 5862. and told him my money wasnt there. he gave me a number to the suppose to be feredal bank of free goverment grants. i spoke with a man named robert smith. the bank manger. he told me that my grant would not go through because i it was a large amount. which would of been 8,260 total. now remind you i was suppose to recive my money that i paid back for the western union. back . so so far i had sent a total of 770 dollars to the people. And i was suppose to recive all my money back once they recive my conformation at the western union. So after that like i said i had allredy paid a fee of 770 dollars to these people. and the so call bank manger name robert smith. told me i would have to pay another fee of 890 .00 inoder to recive my so call grant of 8,260 dollars. I was out done after that. i couldnt do nothing but cry.Because i had gave my rent money to these people. and i didnt recive any thing in return. and the man robertsmith was mean about . well i dont know what to tell you . all i can say is come up with the 890 dollars and i will transfer your grant to you. .now i am broke my kids start school in two weeks. my bills are due. and i might be homeless only on the count of me beliving that i would recive a free goverment grant worth 7,500 dollars and i didnt. So if any one out there can help me of tell me what to do or how i can try and gey my money back. please tell me. I have nothing now. I got laid off my job as a cna. about 3weeks ago. and i really thought this grant money was real. please help me some one .I have 3 kids and a single mother i need help bad. i dont wont to be homeless.I have copyes of all the transfer that i made through the western union to day. and the people names on it who they told me to send the money to. which is over in india.
