Vacation Tour and Travel agency Bluegreen Getaways Didn't tell us that we needed a major credit card to take this vacation until they had our money. Then after my husband argued with them they finally said that they'd let us take it and they agreed on a date of January 30th, 2014 while they we're talking they changed the date and didn't confirm with him that he understood that the date got changed; we would have had to been there in less then 3 days. They also said that they would send an email to confirm the date and the only email that I received was a survey which didn't have the date on it. I think when these people are talking to old people they should make sure that they hear what they said and have them repeat the date back to them when they change it. Also they should let you know that you need a major credit card up front; if they would have we wouldn't have paid for the vacation. Conway Arizona
