I called this company for Vent cleaning out of the Val u Pack coupons(the ones you get in the mail with the blue envelopes). They came out and got me to sign up for a 2yr service plan, thought that would be good since I purchased an older home.It cost $632 total, then when time to deliever the service, I called and spoke with 5 ppl there for 7WEEKS, they put me off, made false appts, made me wait at home, 3TIMES!!, AND THEY DONT SHOW, DONT CALL, AND WOULD NOT REFUND MY $$$. CAN THEY AFFORD TO DO THIS, CAUSE NOW I AM SUFFERING FROM ALLERGYS AND HEADACHES AND DIRTY VENTS!! THANKS FOR NOTHING VACUVENT!!!
