Value Plus On my bank statements for March, April and May 2012, I was charged $24.95 each month. Internet
On May 2, 2012, I noticed a charge of $24.95 from Value Plus, telephone number, 800-925-8674.
I had no knowledge of why the charge was made, but it made me check further.
When I checked April and March, I found the same charge. I then called the number and I spoke with a woman named Cammelia. I asked her what the charges were doing on my account and she told me I had given my permission on the phone. I told her that was not true because I'm not going to give any kind of order for no merchandise and I have no knowledge how they got my debit card number
The only things I have ordered are a glass-lined frying pan and a laptop battery, this year. Maybe they might have gotten my account number through my order for the frying pan. That is the only possibility I can imagine. I know I certainly did NOT give them any kind of order
