Robert, I am also a resident of Oxnard who trusted my vehicle to the service department of Ventura Volvo of Ventura, just to end up with no vehicle and no way to replace my vehicle. It just shows to me how much Volvo Cars of America backs thier dealers. They sent a nice letter, but in fact took no action to correct the made up claims. I even wrote to Ford and still no reaction. If anyone is interested talk to Per/Chris about his feelings on cars from Asian countries, his thoughts on how much a potter should make and how he talks about the Hispanics. One of his employees left and almost over night was making 2 times in money doing same job. There is a mistake in the listed phone number. It is 805-644-9933 and Per/Chris or Susan would like to answer the charges (LOL). By the way, if you are terminated or quit, they will talk badly about you for life. One person was interested in moving to Ventura. Susan's comment was, he would want to much money and hire family members as he did before.
