Verizon Wireless Verizon Unethical Business Practices customer abuse. Arden North Carolina
Verizon sent an Extra iphone6 Verizon sent to the wrong address. Months go by, every time I talked to customer service, they would bait and switch, rudeness, bill would go up another 100 or so dollars. Over 18 phone calls to get my bill straight after Ive been a loyal customer since 2005 and my wife before and I, “we” all get treated this way.I finally weeks later get the correct iphone6 under my original contract which I got swindled into after I got back from AFGHANISTAN SERVING MY COUNTRY. I get out of the hospital, not feeling to well week later after recovery, my phone gets damaged. In order to get a new phone you need to sign up for this. Having disabilities with focus problems,and not being able to read contracts on my own. I got swindled out of my unlimited data, then into another line which promised a disconnect in the Fayetteville, NC store.. Never got disconnected even after many calls. I went to the store. Promises of form submitted This was back in 2011 when I was in the WOUNDED WARRIOR BATTALION.
Dec15 2015, I get a call from a roommate says fed ex- just left it in the front door, signed for it and left it in the door. The front door has weeds, rarely gets checked, so months go by. Fed-ex has a habit of doing this. Verizon wanted me to send them the phone and take care of the bill. 4 days before CHRISTMAS, I go back to Bragg area, get the phone and TURNED IT IN. I held that phone up high and said "I could've sold this on craigslist and eBay and I didn't. Aquaintenceswere asking for it. I DID THE RIGHT THING AND RETURNED THE EXTRA IPHONE6, 128GB few days before Christmas. I had just moved, my service dog in tow. I didn't have money for gifts, even for my self. Christmas day I got donations for a charity I was trying to do for Homeless VETS and their pets. I spent Christmas Day doing Charity work with only my gas that was left and donations of pert supplies, sandwiches, and toiletries for the homeless in the Appalachian Forest. I could've sold that phone but I CHOSE TO DO THE RIGHT THING! During the span of a few months of me ordering the phone. They sent me to another store 2 1/2 hours away. I just got done training my service dog. it was 8:00 at night. They assured me the phone would be there. Nope. instead they ordered another phone. Said it would be there on Monday, Then as he shoveled me quickly out the door, said it might be a few days after that. The locked up. I fed my service dog. I was hungry and exhausted, I need up calling Verizon via bluetooth on the 2 hour away ride home, I was on the phone with Verizon, because two weeks and no phone,. I patiently waited. Agent lied to me again. Also was glucose crashing. Agent said she would call services never did.
During these few months. I would finally get to senior supervisors where they would instruct me to go to a location and they would instruct me what to say to fix it. I had my account erased twice covered up. Lied to over a span of several years promising lines would be disconnected and they were sorry.
Now today. My bill finally back to an ungodly amount. I recently had a mishaps with my phone. 8 months later. Well no good. I just tried to order a replacement phone through Asurian. Their site has no record of my phone. So many people have I heard similar horror stories of Verizon and their tactics. Oh please tell me your side of the story they would each say. Then I would say its in your notes. Then again they plead with you to tell your side of the story. VERIZON FAILS AT HUMAN COMMON SENSE MORALITY CONTINUES UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. Still my night mare continues with verizon. Now I have to go through a nightmare of getting another phone almost a year later. AND STILL MY ACCOUNT IS NOT FIXED.
